The Objectives of the Charity are:

 

To advance the musical education of young persons under the age of 25 in the Congleton area by the provision of training in orchestral playing and the presentation of public concerts.

Membership of the Orchestra is for those aged between 7 (Year 3) and 25 years of age.

​

Membership is also available for children aged 7 years and above who wish to learn to play an instrument from scratch.
